Item arrived dented! item dented because its shipped in a bag with other items . requested a refund and was offered $2.82 refund from $14.00 and keep the bottle, i chose that so i can review the item and the seller. ordered another to see if it was a one time or everytime its shipped.
Not as pictured. unit is stubby and wide. will not fit well into my pack. disappointed because i purchased it to replace a perfect size unit that only lasted 6 months before losing its vacuum.

Don't hesitate and just buy it. I previously bought the 1600 size, but it was too big, so I ordered the 800 size and it's perfect. It keeps things hot or cold reliably. I put ice in it the night before, and it was still there by lunchtime the next day. You can drink from it, and it has a straw function on the other side, and it has a lid, so it's really efficient. I can use it myself or give it as a gift.
It's easy to clean.
As you can see in the reviews, those who say it keeps things cold at all do not experience any cooling effect.
After adding warm water, it becomes as cool as purified water after 2 hours.
I make lukewarm water by using both cold and hot water all year round, but it's a shame... it doesn't keep cold...

I think I got a good deal.
2 x 1000 ml arrived quickly. I already had the 1.500 ml for myself, so i knew that these would a be of great quality also, and i was right. Everything is as promised, and the price of a little over € 6 per bottle was even better. My sons take these with them to uni and are very happy with the possibility to lock the "straw-side" button.

It's really very nice! Durable, doesn't leak, and the color is the same as in the photos. I really like the fact that it has two different spouts for drinking. I recommend it!
